Mitt Romney has withdrawn (suspended is his words but it is the same thing) his race for President.
He cited international concerns as his primary reason for dropping out. It apparently surprised his supporters at the announcement (really I doubt it did but everyone seems to think you need people to shout “No!” during these things).
